Though he has a second space on YouTube, where he indulges in online games along with putting up vlogs from his daily life, it is the main channel that got him his current fame.

Despite his online presence and being a public figure for almost a decade, Baker has not really talked about his family, private life, or even his educational qualifications. England-born and bred, the YouTube personality has taken his liking for football as a step forward and has even played for Newhaven, Seaford, and Crystal Palace teams.

What Happened To Theo Baker?

On the same team as YouTube All-Stars XI, the captain of the team, Theo Baker was spotted being escorted out of the playing grounds on a stretcher. During the game, the YouTuber revealed, that he had the ball in front of him. Taking the opportunity to kick it, he moved his leg in a way that, sadly, hurt his hips and legs causing him to be ruled out of the game.

The match took place recently on September 9th, 2023 for the Sidemen Charity Match 2023 and was being held between Sidemen FC and YouTube All-Stars XI. The game was iconic and memorable, especially for Sidemen who turned up to be the winners by 8-5.

One such hectic moment from the game was one that took place during the thirtieth minute of the match when Baker had the ball all to himself. In hopes of kicking it with his right foot, he ended up completely twisting his hips which turned into a painful injury soon.

With pain and distress so visible on his face and his body wringing on the ground, the help of medical personnel had to be called, who put the player on the stretcher, and within minutes he was gone from the field. As you would assume, Baker did not return to the game at all, which was definitely not good for the team.

His absence from the team was a major drawback since he is considered to be one of the most talented recruits. With fans dying to know what happened to the star player of their team, Baker took to his social media the same day of his injury to let fans know of his condition.

Baker After His Fall

He put up photographs of him, one in a hospital setting and one of him in crutches, and thanked his fans for worrying about him and thinking of him. He mentioned that a full report of all that might be wrong with his body would be out in a couple of days.

While we are unsure if the player would require a surgery process or not, it is still concerning especially since Baker further addressed his injury revealing that the pain felt unbearable and the entire thing was horrific overall.

Since his fall, Baker has posted a twenty-four-minute long video on his YouTube channel titled, “I got INJURED at the Sidemen Charity Match”. His fall and what happened after he was taken off the ground are all captured and put in it for fans to see.

He could also be seen confessing that he believes that he could have thought about the kick a bit more and that he probably could have avoided it. While he is devasted, he has still taken time to acknowledge all of his well-wishers and the money his fans raised for him, putting out a message for them on his social media.
