Your current circumstances are always temporary. Your health isn't always linear. It's not always cause + effect the way you think it is. Sometimes carrying extra weight, doesn't mean you have a food problem. You can carry the weight of a →childhood trauma→bad relationships→the wrong job→being unfulfilled →hormone issues→bad sleep patterns→stress→anxiety →depression→burn outMost people don't understand why they are the way they are and do not invest the time in trying to figure it out.Why?Because its easier to complain about your circumstances than it is solve them.It's easier to →follow the new fad diet→avoid the problem→blame yourself→think you're never going to change→accept itI've coached thousands of men and women for years and went through my own journey with this and I've seen it all. It's never linear. Until you're able to uncover the root cause behind why it's happening, you'll forever be stuck wondering why you can't get there. You get stuck in a loop of "I'll be happy when I lose the weight". Most people will blame themselves.Feeling guilt, shame and want to hide their greatness from the world. The truth is, it's not your fault. It's a by-product of your internal system being out of rhythm. It's not because of you. It never is. Cracks are forming in your physical and mental foundation.We all value our overall health, or so we'd like to think.Unfortunately our health is the first to be pushed aside when we're busy. We have moments of motivation, but these moments are fleeting.Motivation tends to be closely tied to convenience. When things don’t go your way, it can turn you into a chronic stress, which can be a longs term cause. The long term cause can last for many days and damage your health. This is why it is important for us to do things which we believe is best and don’t do things that we know the results won’t come up to the mark but can cause serious stress long-term.Stress and tension are linked together, when there is stress there is a tension. It can be either at work or home. When you are in stress, your tension increases, when there is increase of tension your stress can arrive rapidly which can impact to our health.

How can You Transform Your Body? Change your circle: if you just hang around people that eat crap and don’t workout, you won’t succeed.Your whole life was built socially around food and alcohol.Every social event is around sugar, processed food and alcohol.We even celebrate birthday with cakes and sugars.You’re surround by junk food, sugars, pretzels, bagels, sodas. There is more information than ever and people are getting sicker.Testosterone is at its lowest, diabetes and all metabolic diseases are increasing.Depression and anxiety is increasing.You look in the mirror and you’re not happy.You try to hide your belly and you feel soft and average.But change requires a different environment. If you want to change your health and your body and you keep doing the same things with the same people, you won’t succeed .If you want to transform you need to pull yourself out of that circle and leave the pack.
